Every effort is made to ensure your stay is one to remember. Overnight (1 week minimum), Seasonal Stabling, and long term rentals of apt., cottage and self care paddocks. Electric/Water Hook ups, Sewer, Paddock with large (10 x 20) stall are available and attached run in. Trail Riding is available right off the farm!
Jumps/Dressage facilities in the community, a five minute hack away through the woods. We are situated in a very special gated horse community former home of Phillip Dutton's Eventing winter training facility.
Foxhunting, Eventing, Show Jumping, Polo and Trail Riding in the famous Hitchcock Woods all within 20 minutes drive. Western Shows and Events such the Augusta Futurity are 30 min

Prices Per Night:

Hook Up $35 with water, electric and sewer. In the woods shaded by trees

1 Stall 12'x12' with private paddock, $35 per horse, shavings included

2 stalls/paddocks in the woods each with their own 12 x 20 run in shed attached to a 12 x 20 stall, and separate 8' x 12 hay/grain/tack shed. $35/day per horse, $55 per paddock with 2 horses in the same paddock. Each stall with attached run in has fans and a fly spray system.

All prices discounted 20% for weekly stays, and monthly it is $375 a dry stall and paddock, or $550 for 2 horses in one paddock, with stall.

Apartment is 2 bedrooms with full kitchen and bath and separate entrance. One bedroom has a queen bed with 12' of closet space, a vanity, and wing chair; the other a day bed with trundle with kitchen table, TV, and armoire. Living room has a desk, 2, love seats and TV. $125 per night, 1 week min, 20% discount for weekly stays. $1,800/month

Aiken Horse Layovers, offers accommodation for you and your horse(s) if you are travelling through the area, or are in Aiken attending local events. Minimum stay is one week. Stalls are available as well as paddocks with run in sheds. Our farm is tucked away in a 2200 acre gated equestrian community. There is a Tractor Supply 10 mins away and other feed stores nearby should you wish to stock up on supplies. We have 30 amp hook ups with water, but please note we have no black water disposal facilities.

Tastefully furnished comfortable two bedroom apartment (628 sq. ft.) available with en-suite bathroom, tiled shower, full kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove, sink, coffee maker, a full wall of cabinets, crock pot; there is also a Barbecue available. It has one bedroom with a trundle bed, flat screen TV, table and chairs and armoire for clothes; the second bedroom has a queen bed, wing chair and 12' of closet space. There is a private separate entrance with parking right outside. Please remember this is a smoke free facility.
